• THÔNG TIN CHI TIẾT

– Mô tả công việc:

• Respond to questions and inquiries from agency partners about potential student applications suggesting schools/programs per their requests
• Review, process and submit incoming US university applications from agency partners working between GSM agency partners and GSM US university partners
• Work to build and improve processes related to applications and document these processes
• Assist as required in the coordination of agency/educator events and seminars in Vietnam
• Attend training by Zoom and in person by US educator partners
• Other varied tasks as requested.

– Yêu cầu công việc:

– Fluent English and native Vietnamese
– No experience required but having experience in international education and/or event management are an advantage.
– Good communication and organization skills
– Good logical, analytic and critical thinking as well as being creative, positive, active and responsible
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Basic knowledge of design is an advantage
– Can work full time 9am – 6pm from Monday to Friday. Where additional hours are requested, this will be paid at the overtime rate
– Must follow company privacy policy and be responsible with sensitive documents and material
– Personal vehicle and laptop
