- Position Overview
Reporting to the Regional Recruitment Manager, the Marketing (CRM) Intern/Part-time is mainly responsible for supporting the Marketing and Admissions team to promote the company business to archive targeted outcomes in the specified Territory and for developing and managing strategies that expand Global Study Partners’ (GSP) brand profile and uptake in the Territory.
- Key Responsibilities:
– In charge of Customer Relationship Management through frequent agent visit offline, and online care and training.
– Update information about the market and customers’ need in terms of scholarships, products/ services, marketing materials…
– Assisting the management team in upcoming projects and events in the South East Asia region (Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia…
– Perform various tasks as directed by the manager.
- Job Requirements
– Good customer service skills and interest in working with people.
– Great communication and team work skill.
– Fast learner and like challenges.
– Good English (especially reading – to understand school materials)
