1. Open for interns, fresh-graduate
2. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs (for Operator).
3. Mastering hiring process to provide the qualified labor-force (operator) to meet the demand of business, incl. seeking for labor-resources (labor market, colleges, headhunt services, public postings,..) and involving interview process to select right person.
4. Proposing optimal channels/ method for operator recruitment, enhancing recruiting capabilities of company.
5. Be responsible of managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting orientation training program of the plant.
6. Facilitate activities of training such as orientation for newcomers , soft-skills, technical and online training courses,… as a coordinator .
7. Support Engagement Activities to create an effective working environment.
